Conducted economic research with Jonathan Zinman on the over-assessment of residential property value by the city of Detroit.

Designed and implemented a heavily optimized, distributed web-scraping program for gathering information on over 300,000 property parcels through over 1,000,000 individual webpages, overall putting the project’s progress ahead by three weeks.

Wrote distributed software designed for Dartmouth’s HPC cluster to parse, filter, and analyze raw scraped data.

Carried out miscellaneous data processing and modeling tasks to generate a custom property value model for the city of Detroit.

Currently assisting a non-profit in building an automated appeal pipeline with Flask, React, and Selenium to help low-income families access fair property tax rates.
