I’m a product/UX designer with 8 years of experience who bridges research, strategy, and craft. Over the past few years I’ve led contract engagements across healthcare, climate, and civic tech, helping early-to-growth startups ship MVPs, improve conversion, and deliver clear, trustworthy experiences.

My design-y superpowers are that I know how to do what it takes to understand users and build trust. From asking the right question to analyzing data, I can translate that into decisions, patterns, and polished experiences that work for users, business goals, and the dev team.

Now I’m seeking a full-time Product Designer role at a impacted-oriented company where I can own end-to-end problem spaces, partner closely with colleagues, and ship meaningful outcomes.

-Led contract engagements across design, communications, and research for early and growth-stage teams and non-profits.
-Ran right-sized research (interviews, surveys, workshops) and turned findings into content strategy, information architecture, and accessible artifacts (sites, reports, campaigns).
-Defined information architecture and page patterns and created reusable templates, improving clarity and reducing one-off design work.
-Collaborated with PMs, engineers, operations, and community partners; wrote specs, handled handoffs, and measured outcomes when possible.

-Led the 0→1 MVP for a patient- and provider-facing primary care portal integrated with the EHR.
-Owned the patient experience end-to-end: strategy, long-term vision, IA/flows, and accessible UI for Medicare seniors.
-Ran brand and user research; guided a data-backed identity refresh that improved trust and conversion.
-Shipped a phone-only care pathway that removed portal friction and reduced no-shows.
