I joined LeadGenius as the sole full-time designer to lead and solve many complex UX challenges and lack of usage in their data-heavy B2B2C SaaS products. I also took up front-end development to solve the accumulating list of UX/UI issues I was documenting. After resolving over half of the issues, there was a 63% decrease in time spent onboarding clients and resolving client support tickets and a 46% increase in active daily client users.
LeadGenius was also trying to rebrand itself to be more product-led, so I helped redesign the site, slide and email templates, and marketing materials. After several site redesigns, there was a 19% decrease in the home page's bounce rate, a 44% increase in unique visitors, and a 32% increase in monthly qualified inbound leads.
As LeadGenius shifted its focus to automate data delivery workflows and explore additional revenue streams, I led the design and project management of their new browser extension, Flow. I'm currently focusing on continuously iterating on Flow and driving its adoption and usage with growth and marketing strategies.
