Previous clients include: major US grocery store chain, global retail conglomerate, large insurance company (healthcare industry), education technology consulting firm, and major wholesale food distributor.

Worked on a large enterprise initiative to enable grocery home delivery via integration with a 3rd party fulfillment vendor. Worked in a large complicated ecosystem, integrating with in store POS systems. Performed tech lead role for the post-delivery user experience, which included a React front end and a Kotlin/Spring Boot BFF. Brought application from inception to production, working heavily with client product management and designers and guiding technical direction.

Enabled a Buy Online Pick Up in Store user flow for a luxury department store in the retail company's portfolio. The team delivered the Buy Online Pick Up in Store experience on web and mobile, which involved integration with the client's Order Management System for responsibilities like inventory management and order placement. The tech stack included a Java legacy monolith, Scala microservices, and a React front end.

Worked on a full stack application development team with a heavy front-end focus. Collaborated
closely with other teams to build microservices that were consumed by multiple applications. Also built
a greenfield front-end application where customers could shop for and enroll in an insurance plan
online. Main technologies included React/Redux, Java with Spring Boot, and an Oracle database.
As a software consultant and engineer, I work with clients from various industries and many differnet tech stacks. My primary job is to help clients build quality custom software using Agile methodologies and enabling clients to improve their software delivery capabilities.
