• Quality Assurance and Automation testing of Brightcove SaaS product.

• Tested different Video On Demand (VOD) site templates, video collections using YouTube and

Brightcove VideoCloud .

• Closely worked with product management, QA, developers, UX designers to understand items under test and provided proper design, test cases and test coverage for each user story or defect.

• Designed and Developed Automation framework using Capybara and Site prism with Ruby language.

• Automated end-to-end UI flow of the Brightcove product’s and integrated with the Jenkins jobs.

• Done Usability studies for the beta product with the customers.

• Created Automated scripts to test UI cross browser and on mobile devices .

Description : The project enables mobile phone users to access a host of commerce related services and provides the ability to make remote payments securely with the convenience of a virtual account called M-wallet . The project is up and running in many African and European countries .

Responsibilities :

• Designed and Developed Automation framework using UNIX shell script and Selenium.

• Prepared test scripts, Maintained and debug old automation scripts using Selenium.

• Brought down the manual effort in testing by automating 40 percent of the application.

• Created Mobile automation testing scripts using Appium framework.

• Prepared test plans/cases/scenarios, and ensured test execution with defect centric approach.

• Provided estimates on the new features with respect to functional test and creating functional test plan.

• Strong hands-on experience in using version control tools and project management tools like SVN, Git, JIRA and CVS.

Role: Automation Test Engineer

Description: Broadband Access Network Management System was a distributed architecture of multiple applications that work together to provide Layer 3 IP services on top of Layer 2 ATM with GigE and DSL Transport. The services provided a platform to support Fast Access DSL, IPTV and VoIP.

Responsibilities:

• Developed E2E automation framework solution for the progressive scopes using MBT approach and Selenium.

• Designed and developed User Interface modules using JSP, HTML, and CSS JavaScript and Spring MVC.

• Possess good knowledge of business flow of major functionalities in Telecom domain viz. OSS/BSS, wireless and wire line

• Developed test scripts, maintained and debug old automation scripts using QTP and HP-QTP.

• Worked on model based approach of test case designing using ConformiQ.

• Prepared business flows for major telecom service provider of USA.

• Excellent in performing asynchronous data validation using AJAX.

• Fix security issues and perform tests to prevent SQL injection attacks.
