Developed and maintained Medidata’s legacy clinical trial budget planning SAAS product. Gained valuable DevOps skill used in setting, configuring, deploying, managing, and monitoring product. Accomplishments include:

• Designed, developed, and implemented features to improve quality and productivity of the product.

• Developed and implemented upgrades to improve performance and security of the product.

• Implemented process to simplify and reduce the risk in building, configuring, and deploying the product into production.

Developed and maintain Lyris’ email marketing product using Agile/Scrum methodology. Adapted and implemented new technology according to the needs and directions of Lyris. Accomplishments include:

• Maintained and supported product including the component that integrated product with Salesforce to obtain client contact information that is used in marketing emails.

• Developed a new email marketing system to integrate product with any data source MuleSoft Mule and Talend Data Integration

• Developed components to expand capabilities and features of product to support customer needs.

Developed software based upon solid software development methods to enhance performance, improve quality, and streamline operations. Efficiently managed documentation for all projects in shared workspace/group website to drive easier accessibility and streamline development. All projects were delivered on time or ahead of schedule. Accomplishments include:

• Developed the architecture and components of a web-based project management system for the automation of project activities. System improved the productivity in developing software systems by generating and managing documents.

• Installed, managed, and maintained web server for the department web site.

• Developed the software system for monitoring office equipment in an organization’s network. The system collected important equipment information using multiple communication protocols and sends the information to a server for processing and analysis.

• Developed multiple tools to improve efficiency in developing software.

• Developed the software system for monitoring the usage of software applications. System interfaced with software applications to collect important usage information and sends the information to a server for processing and analysis.

• Developed user interface for the SGML to HTML conversion system to convert SGML documents to HTML documents.

• Built an extensive software patent portfolio of 109 patents related to the software developed. One such is US Patent 6,857,016 titled “Method and System of data collection and mapping from a remote position reporting device.”
