Founding Product Designer of an early stage startup, creating a multi-sided marketplace for executive coaching. Leading all end-to-end design processes from strategizing research, defining PRDs, design iteration, to implementation of delightful, user-centered experiences.
Lead team of 12 student employees to promote seasonal performing arts events. Developed marketing campaigns for Artist Features and created marketing collateral in digital and print mediums including posters, social media posts, and season video trailers.
Student lead for researching Adaptive Scaffolding, dynamic and generative interactions, in Community Design and prototyping digital solutions. Facilitated a 100+ person online design workshop at Design for San Diego using our prototype.
In collaboration with The Design Lab, worked with SONY’s Humans Factors Team to research how SONY televisions can enhance and encourage social interactions. Collaborated with 4 Research Interns to identify key stakeholders and conduct user research via interviews, surveys, and secondary research in online communities. Storyboarded and pitched research-backed solutions to the Human Factors Team’s leadership.
