• Pioneered a user-centered design paradigm at Dusty, orchestrating seamless collaboration among 18 engineers, 2 product managers & 2 designers, with invaluable insights from 10 key stakeholders in the Customer Service team.
• Spearheaded the integration of Figma as a cross-functional design & collaboration tool between Product, Design & Engineering.
• Elevated the product experience by proactively gathering real-world user feedback for iPad, Portal and Revit apps, resulting in the implementation of new features and the enhancement of existing ones.
• Created 2 Design Systems, one for the iPad Controller App and another for Dusty Portal, ensuring design consistency and facilitating scalable solutions.
• Nurtured the talents of a junior designer initially in a QA engineer role, successfully guiding her transformation into a full-fledged designer.
• Delivered designs for a total of 226 features across Dusty's iPad App as well as designs for Dusty Portal and Dusty Revit Plugin.
• Achieved a reduction in user training time from 3-5 days down to a single, highly productive day. Users did not want to go back to the previous Windows based app.
