Built and maintained multiple end-to-end data ingestion, annotation, and processing pipelines for ML. Managed two full-stack applications leveraging React w/ Typescript in the frontend, AWS Cognito w/ API Gateway & Lambda via Serverless for secure web services, AWS Autoscaling Groups w/ SQS Messaging for stateless data processing, MySQL and PostgreSQL databases, and Splunk for operational analysis, alerts, and monitoring. Provisioned all AWS infrastructure across two AWS accounts and multiple environments inside a secure VPC via Terraform CDK, allowing for one-touch deployments.
Built data ingestion infrastructure for third-party annotation platform integration with dataloop.ai and AWS Sagemaker as data labeling requirements from ML would change over time. Built an in-house, proprietary labeling tool w/ React with labeling and QC features for both image and video annotations. Designed and implemented data processes and database schemas to meet the needs of frontend users/administrators and data consumers on the ML side.
