This ranges from building, piloting, and iterating on prototypes for potential services to informing the future of Ford’s products through human-centered design, synthesizing findings from research into actionable insights.

Guidebook is a platform for building mobile apps for events and locations. 

Worked hand in hand with developers on a small team operating on two-week sprints. Designed a contextual help menu for the content management system. Worked on the system and UI for managing guides, created concept diagrams for internal communication. Designed UI for an internal tool for managing customer accounts, addressed the needs of fellow employees through conducting interviews. Created graphics for landing pages informed by established branding.

### Interaction Design Intern @ Shaper

Shaper's 'Origin' is the world's first computer-assisted handheld router. 

I worked on a small team of designers alongside engineers to produce UI for the Shaper Origin tool and website. Explored icon library for the Origin tool. Worked on future concepts for navigating the AR space for different Origin tool functions. Informed designs through rapid prototyping and sit-ins on qualitative user testing sessions. Experienced the processes of a startup company by working on multiple projects, juggling responsibilities, and being in rhythm with rapid deadlines.

### Graphic Designer @ TBS Design Gallery

TBS Design Gallery is a lifestyle showroom that offers customized solutions to homeowners, builders, architects, and interior designers.

Worked on strategy and graphics for communicating the Design Gallery’s process with customers. Designed templates for formatting project proposals. Worked alongside marketing and interior design to produce spreads for magazines. Developed interpersonal communication skills through working with a team to cater to the needs of customers.
