Messaging app includes friends list, invite/send requests to new friends, save conversations over different sessions, real-time messaging, and "Magenta Messenger" theme. ### Language Software Engineer @ X2AI Jan 2016 – Jan 2016 X2AI is building an artificially intelligent counselor and therapist. I built a question recognition & question-answer mapping algorithms from scratch in python that were fast enough to be used in an instant messaging format. I improved question recognition and lookup rate from 20% to over 66%. The question recognition initially only searched for a question mark; I improved the algorithm from scratch (without NLTK) which can: 1. Recognizes Questions using part of speech tagger & chunking algorithms I built. 2. Categorizes Questions by analyzing the noun-verb pairs (clarifying questions vs advice or small talk) and named entity extraction which cross examined Wikipedia and urban dictionary. 3.
