Catering to the $200 billion African credit market, we support banks, insurers, consumer finance providers, and retail merchants with tools for building credit rules and models, performing credit assessments and scoring, managing loan portfolios, and streamlining loan collections.

* Led the rebuild of the core product ”Originate” merchant portal. This resulted in over 40% improvement in portal load time and overall performance causing improved customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

* I built a cash repayment feature that helped merchants process cash repayments from their customers quicker. This reduced the repayment processing and reconciliation time from 2-3 working days to 5 mins leading to over 99% reduction in repayment processing time and improved customer and merchants satisfaction.

* I built a custom form builder that enabled merchants create dynamic loan products. This reduced the time-to-launch(TTL) of a new loan product from several days to minutes enabling merchants customize a loan application form without having to contact Indicina.

* I led the integration of Indicina products with a new KYC provider under strict compliance deadlines. I implemented failover strategies that led to 0 downtime on all Indicina services.
