# Ayushi Jain > UX Designer | AWS Databases, LLM Systems, Agentic AI & Human–AI Coordination Location: San Francisco Bay Area, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/ayushijain Portfolio : www.ayushijain.net I am a multi-disciplinary UX designer with 12+ years across engineering and UX, currently working at the intersection of distributed systems + AI + Human-centered design. I spent years in the "trenches" of engineering and QA, which gave me a profound respect for the complexity of systems at this scale. Today, I use that technical foundation to design AI-driven experiences that feel simple, despite the massive scale powering them. I’ve led 0→1 LLM experiences, developed human–agent coordination patterns for autonomous systems, and built tooling for 100K+ developers. My design philosophy is to lead with intention. Love to learn new things. Ping me if you're considering a career in UX design and/or want to transition from a different role. Or if you have some cool volunteering opportunities or passion projects that you want to discuss. ## Work Experience ### UX Designer @ Amazon Web Services (AWS) Jan 2024 – Present ### UX Designer II, Alexa Skills Kit @ Amazon Jan 2021 – Jan 2024 ### UX Designer, Alexa Skills Kit @ Amazon Jan 2020 – Jan 2021 ### Software Development Engineer @ Amazon Jan 2017 – Jan 2020 | Seattle, Washington AWS Support Apps (July 2018- Present) Project: Redesign AWS Support Dashboard - Sole UX Designer for redesigning the support dashboard- a tool used by thousands of AWS support engineers throughout the world - Conducted user research and analysis to design a product that complies with business needs as well as helps alleviate the pain points with the existing product - Worked closely with Product Manager, UX Researcher and Support engineers based in US and Australia to ensure the product is intuitive and helps the end users in their everyday activity Project: Support Dashboard backend - Implemented various components of a complicated case data system which AWS Support dashboard will use to derive cases.
