I operate at the intersection of hands-on engineering and team leadership. I currently lead delivery for a small but growing engineering team building client-facing digital platforms within a large organization, staying closely involved in backend architecture and system design while helping shape the processes and structures that support long-term growth.

My background spans backend systems, data modeling, and full-stack collaboration. I regularly work across product, design, and business partners to turn ambiguous problems into practical, durable solutions.

Earlier in my career, I worked in customer-facing and business roles before transitioning fully into engineering. That experience continues to shape how I approach technical decisions — grounding system design in operational realities and measurable outcomes.

More recently, I’ve been thinking intentionally about how teams build — including how AI can responsibly augment engineering workflows without sacrificing clarity, quality, or judgment.
