Trained a reinforcement learning (PPO) agent in simulation (Gazebo) and successfully transferred the policy to hardware in <50 rollouts, achieving 90% task success rate on first-day trials.

Built a simulation-to-hardware pipeline in ROS, allowing the same controller code to run unchanged in both environments and eliminating manual re-tuning.

Extended embedded C firmware with custom geometric-tracking controllers and telemetry protocols, enabling 50Hz off-board closed-loop control.
