I am a designer with 10+ years of experience leading design on products from concept to launch. My strengths are in interaction design, research, and prototyping. I have 3+ years of experience leading teams and mentoring designers. As a manager, I have hired designers, set up processes, and led design critiques. My expertise is in identifying the right problems to solve, bringing clarity to user and business requirements, and designing simple solutions. 

At ChargePoint, I led design on multiple products: a mobile app, a web app, and a touchscreen UI. I helped create a cohesive, well-loved service across products and laid the foundation for a design system. As a Sr. UX Manager, I also hired one designer and mentored 2 designers.

- Led design from concept to launch of a new enterprise web app used for managing electric vehicle fleets.
- Worked closely with product management and engineering to set design strategy, define the products and ship them
- Created information architecture, wireframes, visual mockups, prototypes and specs
- Planned and conducted user research and usability testing
- Helped establish a common design system and cohesive experience across products. 
- Hired and managed one designer. Mentored 2 designers.

- Led redesign of the ChargePoint mobile app. App ratings improved from 2.5 to 4.5 stars. Apple featured the app as an app of the day.
- Led design of the station UI. The station won an Eletrek.com best of CES award.
