With over 10 years of experience as a UX Designer and a background in Visual and Graphic Design, I’ve had the opportunity to work in agile environments, managing end-to-end B2B and B2C projects to develop user-centered solutions that drive success. I'm passionate about human-centered design, particularly in projects with social impact. I lead the research team and contribute to the Content area, placing the User Experience as a strategic focus in the company to ensure business requirements are aligned with users' needs.
