Over 20 years, I've built UX organizations from scratch, scaled teams through rapid growth, and delivered measurable impact in fintech, healthcare, and government technology.

Scaled team to 20+ employees and over $2m in revenue within 3 years. 

Lead projects for clients including: Airtable, Grammarly,  Handshake,  Harvard Business School Digital Initiative, Opkey, Financial Health Network, Mink, Hawaii Public Housing Authority, AWS, Salesforce, Change.org, and more.

Jan 2017 – Jan 2018 | San Francisco, California
Led UX from Series B to C, growing team from 2 to 8. Implemented a design system, overhauled the iOS app, resulting in a 60+ point climb in the App Store, and frequent prominent placement from Apple. Shipped an Android app with 4.5-star customer reviews. Was awarded the highest Celent rating for onboarding UX among neo-banks.
