Led the design team for an engineering project team of 100+ developers, designers, PMs, and PMMs. Managed 13 designers across 8 subteams via weekly critique meetings, roadmap sessions, and 1:1s.

Collaborated with product managers, developers, and co-designers to design products for social impact on Cornell's campus and beyond. Delivered workflows to high-fidelity prototypes to meet user needs for a group-building platform and course review site with over 10k active users.

Conducted user research analyses and redesigned messaging application interfaces to better foster emotional intimacy and connection in international long-distance relationships.
