Led design of the Fleet Service Customer Portal from zero to one–providing fleet managers with a suite of tools and information to manage and monitor vehicle service.

Initiated and led product vision exercises with senior product leadership–identified gaps between existing experiences and an ideal state through quant, qual, market, and competitive analysis. Plotted potential milestones, cross-functional resource dependencies, and other relevant information for path-forward planning.
