As a Product Designer at RedfinNow, a service providing cash offers to purchase houses from homeowners, I designed our consumer and internal products from end to end, including requirements, UX flow, wireframes, high-fidelity visual design, prototypes, usability testings, and iterations. My primary projects include:

• Multiple Internal Tools for RedfinNow agents and administrators to create offers for homes, manage deals, check progress and manage loans.
• The first version of Direct Access that allows home buyers to request entry codes via SMS to get in homes and tour on their own.
