As employee #1, I orchestrated the expansion of the international growth team into 11 markets, encompassing over 50 team members, while overseeing Korea market that contributed to around 10% of the global business. I took charge of all marketing operations in Korea, managing a dedicated team of marketers. This team successfully orchestrated in-market product launches, executed paid advertising strategies, and optimized SEO efforts.
