As a senior engineer I helped lead our development team through a full rewrite of the application. Within 4 months we rebuilt the entire app and more with quality and flexibility at its core. I later became the Tech Lead managing and leading the engineering team up to and through a successful acquisition.

•Pioneered our emphasis on quality which resulted in 100% branch code coverage and a comprehensive e2e test suite that runs on every commit
•Delivered large scale full-stack slices of our application that serves hundreds of thousands of users
•Led product for 5 months using a system similar to the Shape Up methodology
•Following the departure of the CTO, I led the engineering team and managed three developers
•Led the technical portions of the diligence process during the acquisition by documenting our systems and proving our technical aptitude to the acquiring company
