Partnered with the founders to turn company strategy into delightful outcomes across design and product, including helping launch Titan's fastest growing and most successful products to date.
Responsible for a dynamic design team of fluctuating size, from 3 to 12, including hiring and managing managers, and including product designers, brand designers, and researchers. Deeply involved in performance management, budgets, and hiring. Managed through two layoff rounds. Interviewed over 500 designers.
Accountable for launching key initiatives from requirement gathering to project managing engineering squads, from running research to supplying partial design specs, and working with data to assess impact.
Built and launched our most comprehensive design system at the time, completing a partial redesign including style, iconography, typography, and illustration within six weeks.

Worked directly with Evan Spiegel (CEO) and the executive team to discover, define, and ship innovative social experiences.
Led the design strategy for the Stories and Creator Monetization verticals, both iterating and innovating the product with the help of Data and Research.
Led the product vision for Snap’s first non-advertising revenue product, Creator Gifting, including pitching alternative revenue to Evan, running UXR, building monetization playbooks, and introducing two new digital currencies in-app. This evolved into the Snap+ subscription service.
Led and managed design sprints addressing Snap’s most strategic priorities during COVID, with teams up to 12 from Design, Marketing, Strategy, Data, and Research.
Facilitated significant organizational change including moving the team to Figma, developing task management rituals, building Snap’s first Design Systems, and advocating successfully to develop Snap’s UXR competency.
