I am a software developer in trade, and in hobby for some time now! Building novel and cutting edge solutions has been something I have loved doing ever since I started programming. To me, there is no better way to really learn challenging concepts than applying them, and programming offers a platform that can take what you create and make it useful in today's day and age, in a way a lot of other crafts cannot. I started developing machine learning based solutions for this reason. My interest for developing machine learning applications was solidified in mid March of 2016, when AlphaGo won against Lee Sedol in the game of Go.

Professionally, my focus is not only on developing cutting edge applications for distributed or embedded systems, but also on delivering products that take advantage of the best of what the ML space has to offer. I don't tend to do much model R&D often, but instead specialize on deploying models to run efficiently as possible in production scenarios. While I mainly develop RPA solutions for the finance space utilizing state of the art computer vision and natural language processing models, I strive to build things that can eventually evolve to capture an even bigger problem space as they mature.
