Staff Software Engineer in the Digital Experience group, building large-scale digital analytics + AI solutions.
Currently, I'm responsible for the technical direction of Qualtrics' Digital AI Agent platform (and adjacent digital initiatives) - enabling customers to deploy structured, scenario-driven AI agents that engage website visitors just-in-time to drive digital containment and improve user satisfaction.
Previously, I led design and launch of Digital Experience Analytics (DXA), enabling real-time session recording across millions of visitors on global websites — taking it from concept to launch. I architected a highly available, fault-tolerant hub-and-spoke ingestion pipeline; solving complex reliability challenges across geo-routing, backpressure, failure isolation, and distributed system observability to sustain high-throughput ingestion at scale.
My work spans across the full stack (Node.js / TypeScript / React, with additional experience in Java, Python, and Go) and a variety of scaling infra experience: Kafka streams, Redis (Elasticache/Valkey), DynamoDB, Aurora (MySQL), AWS EFS (via EKS), and internal data lake schema designs. I operate as a cross-functional technical leader - reducing ambiguity, aligning priorities, and generally keeping our platform architecture sane as our products grow.
