Provider Data Team:

• Designed and developed a critical component of the reconciliation pipeline that matches and resolves differences from providers we get from different sources, processing 1 million records per day, reducing discrepancies by 10% and reducing the runtime of the pipeline by 80%.

• Led the effort in standing up several microservices and ensuring they were production-ready and had proper alerting, handling 2 million requests per day, resulting in 50% reduction in downtime.

• Used bash to associate providers in Texas to institutions they practice at for a regulatory filing we needed on short notice then later productionized the job to dynamically associate providers with their institutions

Provider Payments Team:

• Collaborated with product and operations teams to rewrite Oscar's provider communications software APIs to work with Current Gen and Next Generation systems, handling 100 thousand requests per day, resulting in a 20% increase in efficiency

• Wrote new software to send Electronic Remittance Advice to Providers, increasing acceptance rate by our clearinghouse by 50%

Primary backend engineer for our backend written in go.

Worked on ingesting data using Apache flink and some of our tools written in python.

Was responsible for delivering new data gathered from various DSPs to our clients.

I used C to harvest information from a vehicle over bluetooth to a cell phone which drove a HD lens worn inside a helmet.

Vetro Optical systems is on the cutting edge of visually assisted technologies. During the time I worked on the engineering team we developed two products: Head Mounted Displays for motorcyclists and skydivers.
