Built multiple successive iterations of business reporting to appropriately quantify and convey risk and efficiency to the C-suite.

Oversaw systems engineering, farm construction, and farm expansion at Bowery. Led development of Bowery's first commercial-scale facility (20x+ the scale of any prior facilities) starting from "blue sky" architectural renderings all the way through detailed sub-system design and industrial engineering, budgeting and vendor selection, scientific/agricultural validation, and final architectural and MEP drawing sets.
Once designed, led all construction activity with a small team including real estate site management, town approvals and permitting, sub-contractor identification/RFP/negotiation/contracting, daily construction site oversight and management (50+ personnel onsite every day at peak), global equipment and materials supply chain, budget and timeline management, change order management, and final commissioning and launch of the facility.
Along the way, was a critical input to digital systems development including requirements definition, product specs and concepts, and timeline management.
