The Franklin Room is Chicago's pre-eminent whiskey bar — pairing a catalogue of over 300 whiskeys from around the world with a menu featuring an updated take on American tavern cuisine. 

As assistant beverage director, I was responsible for presenting the 1.5 hour Franklin Room Tasting Program to private parties, scaled between 4 and 20 people. For two years, I also held the position of server. I topped per table sales metrics for the restaurant, won multiple monthly sales contests, and was asked to train new staff in our unique drink program.
