Project: Modernising Latest Tab in Twitter Search with Scala to reduce latency and improve developer velocity
• Utilised functional programming to rebuild recency-search service
• Significantly simplified tweet visibility filtering development scope by driving cross-team changes to existing library instead of reinventing functionality
• Wrote an implementation plan to refactor pagination incorporating colleague input. Later wrote unit and integration tests testing both general and edge cases
