Created detailed customer journey maps to illustrate the path of the user to get stakeholder buy-in. • Played a critical role in defining and designing a revolutionary immersive treadmill product called L.I.F.E (LG Interactive Fitness Experience), which allowed the user to interface with live trainers and compete/interact with other users while running on the treadmill in real-time with rich data visualizations. Morgan, Bayer, U.S. Soccer, American Family Insurance, Olympic Committee, and Phillips 66. • Led multiple product design projects end-to-end and balanced individual projects simultaneously. • Mapped the digital ecosystem, user journeys, goals, requirements and formed a cohesive creative approach to the problem at hand on projects. • Hands on and oversaw a team of 14+ UX designers, visual designers and copywriters on a digital transformation for Sprint where we focused on reimagining a mobile first approach to their dot com. This digital work was a combination of integrated marketing, advertising, digital experience and product driven work. • In 12 months time, led integrated creative strategy with key Boehringer Ingelheim stakeholders and their PR firm across numerous high complexity product, digital and marketing work that lifted Boehringer Ingelheim from 3rd to 1st in pharma companion pet sales across the North American market.
