# Benjamin Unger > Design @ Zoom Location: Santa Cruz, California, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/benjaminunger I’ve designed features for collaboration tools that were adopted by 20% of users in only a few days, get used by 4 million+ users daily, and made them say: “this is a lifesaver - thanks to you and your team for this.” And to get there, I started as an academic and market research consultant where I learned how to execute end-to-end qualitative research projects correctly. So now I’m a skilled, self-directed UX researcher who can get usability studies done quickly and objectively. After my time as a researcher, I focused on UX writing and content design where I learned how to write clear and effective interface copy, keep terminology consistent, and craft a voice a product. Then, I started to broaden my scope to include working on interaction design. I added all the skills needed to be a well-rounded product designer. And now, I pull it all together and lead large-scale projects as the primary product designer. I do full, end-to-end product design from product strategy, initial problem definition and requirements, to wireframing, visual design, content design, high-fidelity prototypes, user testing, accessibility specs, internal presentations with leadership, external presentation with customers, and delivery and QA with engineering.
