This meant using service design tools and methodologies to support research and development teams to think more deeply and strategically about their innovations and support them in designing quality experiences for their end customers. ### Service Designer @ Engine Service Design Jan 2016 – Jan 2017 | London, United Kingdom In my time at Engine I worked across various project work. My primary client was Dubai Airports where I was tasked with designing and delivering the front line experience for passengers going from curbside to the aircraft. My role involved working cross-functionally with internal teams; supporting the rollout of new service training, and leading further qualitative research to identify the right products and services to implement for future passenger experiences. ### Service Designer @ EPAM Systems Jan 2015 – Jan 2016 | London, United Kingdom My role at Great Fridays - EPAM included: Quantitative and qualitative research, interpreting insight, data and behaviours. Transforming them into opportunities, strategy and product and service visions. Planning and running user research. Sketching and prototyping concepts. Discovering customer needs and goals and contextualising them in terms of business objectives using tools and techniques developed through experience in Service Design. The creation of various methodologies (user journeys, personas, service ecosystems etc.) ### Product and Service Designer @ Freelance Jan 2013 – Jan 2015 | London, United Kingdom A breakdown of my time freelancing: • Designed and prototyped a toy for children living in the Democratic Republic of Congo 2013 • I designed the first iteration of a sustainable product for http://www.firstperiod.org/ for girls experiencing their first period in developing countries, this product is now on the market 2014. • I worked as the teddy bear designer on a 2 for 1 business model project for http://threadies.com/ - selling a teddy bear to children in north america while its partnering bear went to children in a refugee camp 2014. • I facilitated a partnership between ACCF foundation and Edinburgh Napier, running a competition for students to design a hand bag that would be made and sold in the middle east.
