COVID-19 gave me the perspective to move from Software Development to UX Design via DesignLab.

Designed branding and MVP for stealth startup, and successfully completed client handoff.
Identified need for and Conceptualized Crochet App. 
Designed branding and initial prototype for Crochet App.
Developed Front-End for Crochet App in React.JS via Vite.js and Panda-CSS.

### UX Designer @ Cisco
Jan 2025 – Jan 2025 | Milpitas, California, United States
Worked on Cisco Intersight.
Designed proof of concept Landing Page with built-in AI and clickable interactive prototype, as well as an integrated New User Onboarding experience showcasing progression as Onboarding steps are completed.
Designed multi-phase rollout of API reference site, matching UI to new Cisco branding changes and updating UI with code samples, clearer definitions, and better labelling and pagination.

Built features for and maintained Front-End web app in TypeScript and React.
Owned, implemented, and published large portions of Front-End redesign and refactor, including responsive design focused UI refresh and refactor of MS Word plugin.
Created design language for company in collaboration with design and marketing.
Designed and implemented Full-Stack solution to introduce payment tiers into app. Designed integration for HubSpot, a Content Management System (CMS).

Jan 2018 – Jan 2020
Collaborated to design and led implemented of CMS for Marketing and Sales.
Developed new web store Front-End in React, working with designers to adapt existing design for a variety of common screen resolutions, orientations, and sizes.
Maintained website via CSS updates, responsive design, and bug fixes, and enhanced website by including the ability to buy new products, adding jQuery ajax changes, and implementing pricing changes.
Recognized dire need for team morale boost, and designed, iterated on, and ordered motivational item for Software and Design team.

### Software Engineer @ HyTrust
Jan 2017 – Jan 2018
Used Java to maintain automation framework for over 175,000 scripts.  Worked primarily through Selenium, VMware vSphere, and REST API's.
Wrote bash scripts to integrate with Jenkins to more effectively and modularly run tests.
Created python framework to automate over 7500 scripts.  Tests utilized the pytest library.

Designed and developed multiple iterations of Geofenced Advertising app
Contributed to pitching materials for Venture Capitalists.

### Independent Contractor @ Symantec
Jan 2015 – Jan 2015 | Mountain View, CA
Responsible for developing monitoring and reporting software of Data Center Infrastructure (over 30000 pieces of equipment) in C.

Program tested security of all servers and notified pertaining admins when server had problems.  Ran off of Raspberry Pi equivalent.  Utilized parallel programming and a gdbm database.
