I led the redesign of the learning experience during the integration of TDA into Schwab. I developed high-quality deliverables, proposed new components for the design system, and partnered closely with cross-functional teams to ensure user-focused solutions. Working with research teams, I facilitated user testing and created prototypes. As a result, 1.8 million Ameritrade client accounts were transitioned with no drop in learning tool usage, and Schwab client engagement increased in the first six months of launch.

During the pandemic, I redesigned The UPS Store's in-store experience to ensure customers felt safe and comfortable. I also created an iPad interface to streamline customer service and reduce wait times. Additionally, I provided design and print services for clients including Marriott, Liguria Bakery, Art 2 Art Creation, and Maarit Arts.

I designed and led the launch of Macy's and Bloomingdale's first native iOS app, optimized iOS and Android tablet experiences, driving a 20% increase in engagement. I delivered multiple interactive in-store and digital experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams in tech and retail. Additionally, I managed projects to improve customer shopping, browsing, and account management, resulting in a 7.4% increase in product detail page conversions, a 15.9% overall conversion boost, and a 2.1% rise in items sold per order. I also spearheaded taxonomy redesign efforts and managed responsive design across Macys.com’s customer journey.
