# Bill Wetherell > Senior product design leader – Ex DocuSign, Disney, BlackRock Location: San Francisco, California, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/billwetherell I’ve spent 25+ years designing products used by billions of people across spaces like consumer, enterprise, entertainment, communications, productivity, fintech, and more. I’ve led design teams of all sizes, from “one pizza” teams to a 120-person global design org, at small companies you may not have heard of and big ones you probably have – like DocuSign, BlackRock, Disney, and AOL. I love partnering with teams who are passionate about making products with – not for – their customers. I believe truly creative teams come from a collaborative, supportive, inclusive culture that puts people first. These are the ingredients for products that delight and deliver real business value. Oh and before all this, I went to film school, which is why I love talking film & watching disaster movies. I’m interested in designing for space, transportation, hospitality, travel, small businesses, social impact, mental health, and climate tech.
