# Binta Coulibaly > Senior Product Designer | Platforms, AI & Learning Systems Location: New York, New York, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/binta I’m currently a Senior Product Designer at Amplify Education, where I design tools for teachers and K–12 students on the Platform team. I’m drawn to work that blends learning, play, and systems thinking, whether that shows up as educational games, impactful feature enhancements, or AI-powered classroom tools. Lately, I’ve been leading end-to-end design for things like classroom discussion tools, virtual tutoring, and integrations that help teachers meet students where they are. I work closely with product, engineering, data, and curriculum teams to turn complex, real-world classroom needs into clear, usable experiences that scale. Outside of Amplify, I collaborate with early-stage startups (Trajectory, Clockout, Planscout, Cordifio, +), helping shape ideas into high-fidelity MVPs through concept sketches, wayfinding, and lots of thoughtful iteration. In my free time, I design (and sometimes build) logic games, teach ceramics in Brooklyn, and spend as much time outside as possible. I care deeply about craft—digital and physical—and about making things that feel human, playful, and genuinely useful. ## Work Experience ### Senior Product Designer @ Amplify Jan 2025 – Present Own end-to-end design for complex platform features supporting teachers and K–12 learners, from early discovery through launch Translate ambiguous, high-stakes problems into clear flows, interfaces, and narratives that balance user needs, technical constraints, and long-term system health Partner closely with product, engineering, data, and curriculum teams to define problems, align on solutions, and deliver iteratively across AI-powered tools, virtual tutoring, and platform integrations Previously designed and shipped 10 adaptive K–5 math games in close collaboration with engineers and illustrators ### Product Designer @ Amplify Jan 2023 – Jan 2024 | Brooklyn, New York, United States Teams: Learning Experience (Platform), Growth, AI Foundations ### Associate Product Designer @ Amplify Jan 2021 – Jan 2023 | Brooklyn, New York, United States Teams: Math Games ### Made In The Future Design Fellow @ Tomorrow Looks Bright Jan 2020 – Jan 2021 Worked alongside experienced mentors to deepen my skills in UX research, product design, and agile development. ### Interaction Designer @ CorDiFio Health Jan 2021 – Jan 2021 Led UX/UI design and UX Research for an AI-powered chat tool detecting heart disease in women.
