MHacks is the University of Michigan's largest student-run Hackathon. MHacks is a 36-hour in-person hackathon, taking place November 18th-19th in Ann Arbor, MI. As an organizer and sponsorship outreach coordinator, I had the privilege of being part of the team that brought MHacks, one of the nation's largest and most prestigious hackathons, back to the University of Michigan in person! As the university's flagship hackathon, MHacks has a rich ten-year history of fostering the talents of over 12,000 hackers. This year, our team worked tirelessly to revive the event and continue this legacy by welcoming 500+ of the brightest minds in computer science, design, and entrepreneurship from our campus and top universities nationwide. We successfully onboarded 15+ sponsors, and assembled a brilliant panel of 60+ mentors and judges, as well as 80+ volunteers! ### Tech Team Engineer - Google x MHacks AI Hackathon @ MHacks Jan 2024 – Jan 2024 Join our Google x MHacks AI Hackathon in April! 🧸 Apply at mhacks.org ### Sponsorship Team - MHacks 16 @ MHacks Jan 2023 – Jan 2023 Sourced and secured sponsorship for Mhacks 16, cultivating partnerships with leading tech companies to support this major hacking event. ### Software Engineer Intern @ Coinbase Jan 2023 – Jan 2023 | New York, New York, United States Summer 2023 May 15 - Sept 1, 2023 Institutional Foundations Team Build Settlements and Transfers System for Cryptocurrency and Fiat Currencies ### Head of Marketing @ Michigan Blockchain Jan 2023 – Jan 2023 Leading the Blockchain Marketing. β€’ Marketing, branding, social media, events, outreach and strategy. β€’ Take charge of the club's social media of Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter. β€’ Design strategy for club marketing and outreach. β€’ Held and designed marketing strategies for the Midwest Big Ten Blockchain Conference. β€’ Event planning(speaker event, networking event, Festifall, recruiting, social event). β€’ Design marketing strategies to recruit club new members. ### Blockchain Developer @ Michigan Blockchain Jan 2023 – Jan 2023 | Ann Arbor, Michigan, United States β€’ Learned about both the technical and business aspects of blockchain technology. Our research revealed that this issue is especially prevalent among individuals who could benefit from these programs the most. We knew that we needed to create a solution to address this problem, and thus Access Assist was born. Access Assist is a web application designed to make access to benefit programs more equitable and accessible to all. We ask people to input their addresses and we provide them with all the available resources around them and whether they are eligible to use those resources. We help to connect people with available resources and break the gap. We also considered those who do not have access to the internet and we are going to use the text message to finish all the things we did on our website, making more and more people available to benefit from our project. Our application utilizes advanced data analysis tools to help users determine which programs they may be eligible for based on their individual circumstances. By doing so, we hope to eliminate the barriers that prevent individuals from accessing important resources that can improve their quality of life. We believe that access to benefit programs should be equitable and that everyone should have the same opportunities to improve their lives. Through Access Assist, we are working to level the playing field and ensure that those who could benefit the most from these programs have access to them. Join us in our mission to promote social good and improve the lives of individuals in our community by using Access Assist today! ### EECS 445 Computer Science Grader @ University of Michigan College of Engineering Jan 2023 – Jan 2023 Grader for EECS 445: Machine Learning ### EECS 203 Computer Science Grader @ University of Michigan College of Engineering Jan 2021 – Jan 2022 | Ann Arbor, Michigan, United States Grader for EECS 203: Discrete Math ### Web Developer Intern @ CAEN @ University of Michigan College of Engineering Jan 2022 – Jan 2022 Assisted with developing, publishing, creating and migrating websites.
