Developing the digital presence and community for the STRIDES Intiative

• Worked as a developer/product management fellow on an NIH-wide initiative to unlock research through cloud known as STRIDES.

• Architected and built a Jekyll-based documentation website (cloud.nih.gov) for use across the NIH by the entirety of the ~3500 and growing user base for STRIDES.

• Conducted 40 hours of user interviews with 30 users, team members, and related stakeholders to understand and extract user needs and pain points.

• Ensured code and design was compliant with United States Web Design System guidelines for accessibility, responsiveness, and style.

• Assisted with AWS and GCP cloud automation and scripting tasks to enhance team productivity.

• Led sprint review, product backlog organization, user story generation, and other Agile rituals among the intern team.
