• Valley Link Rail project, 22 miles of commuter train including 12 miles in freeway I-580 median with mainline lane realignment, managed lane/tolling system reconstruction and 8 interchanges modifications with bridge widening / replacements, currently in PA/ED phase for freeway improvements, with WSP / PGH Wong JV as prime consultant for railroad / stations design.

• San Mateo US 101 Managed Lane project, 23 miles of managed lane including tolling systems, highway widening and signage / drainage / storm water quality, delivered through CM/GC procedure by integrated design team with Caltrans Design and AECOM, and with Kiewit as general contractor.

• Various interchange improvement / managed lane / complete street projects, including proposal design for US 50 design-build project with Kiewit as prime contractor.

• Doha Al Khor EXW Design-Build project, fast track design for 36 km freeway and 9 interchanges, detailed design and construction staging with interchange ATC options.

• KAAR Design-Build project (Mecca, Saudi Arabia), design review for multi-billion project including roads, interchanges, tunnels, LRT, car parks, 60m wide pedestrian boulevard.

• Doha Landmark and Duhail interchanges reconstruction, develop alternative design to reduce ROW impacts & construction costs, design-build tender / RFP package, tender evaluations.

• Doha Expressway Program, Group 2 & 9, detail design including tunnels (cut and cover), 8 underpasses & 1 overpass interchanges and road widening / utility micro-tunnels (TBM).

• Doha Manateq Economic Zone Development project, provide road and infrastructure planning / design for master plan of industrial plots and mixed-use developments.

• Saudi Arabia, Yanbu Industrial City Expansion, Masterplan Updates, traffic / freight transport demand modeling, developing alternatives for highway corridors and street networks for industrial clusters and residential subdivisions,

• New Orleans Storm Water Pump Station Design - Build Project, LA, - existing surface modelling, canal re-alignment, channel dredging, site layout and grading design.

• Sea Water Pump Station Project, Saudi Arabia, - site layout, drainage, shoreline protection.

• Site layout / grading / drainage design for wastewater treatment plants.

• Route 101 / Willow Road Interchange, San Luis Obispo, PA/ED and PS&E including traffic and environment studies, interchange layout, alignment, profiles and typical sections, drainage culverts and retention basins, storm water treatment, PD, signing, stage construction and traffic handling, tie-down retaining wall, and utility relocations.

• Various freeway widening / interchange improvement projects, Caltrans PS&E design.

• VTA Capital Avenue LRT project, San Jose, design and construction support, street and intersection modifications, drainage / utilities relocations to accommodate LRT corridor.

• VTA Capital Expressway LRT project, San Jose, QA / QC manager to develop and implement Design Quality Management Plan, in compliance with FTA guidelines.

• Proposal Design for BART to Silicon Valley Phase I design-build project with Kiewit as prime contractor.

• Highway Study at India, funded by Asian Development Bank, 200 km conventional highway as trading corridor connecting India borders with Bhutan and Bangladesh.
