I’m Bonnie, an end-to-end product designer with 5+ years of experience building intuitive products that address real user needs and problems.

I am particularly interested and passionate about building products in the enterprise and healthcare space that help organizations and individuals work more effectively.    

Outside of work, you can find me outdoors - I’m an avid endurance cyclist and long distance runner. I also love exploring cities by public transportation/on foot and collecting Pokemon plushies.

Priority Commerce is a payments and commerce platform that helps businesses simplify transactions and accelerate growth. Currently, I am leading design for our point of sale system, MX POS.

### Product Designer @ HST Pathways

HST Pathways provides intuitive solutions to help ambulatory surgery centers operate seamlessly so that they can deliver the best possible care for patients.

- Helped build two new shared services from the ground up, including a document management system that stores and organizes patient/case information, and a user management system that allows customers to manage user permissions and role types

- Built a cross-functional design system that unified our suite of new and legacy products visually, and helped developers and designers work more efficiently

### Product Designer @ Pac-12 Networks

Pac-12 Networks produces and broadcasts content for the Pac-12 universities that can be watched on linear TV, web, and mobile devices.

- Conducted user research planning, execution, and analysis, which brought clarity to long standing assumptions about our users and changed how we approached future projects

- Applied design thinking tactics to solve a variety of problems for our suite of digital products (website, iOS/Android mobile apps) so that our products aligned with our users' mental models

The Office of Charles Bloszies is an architecture firm that specializes in urban infill and adaptive reuse projects in and around San Francisco.
