•User Experience Design of d.money 2, a budget-tracking ipad app demoed by the CTO of SAP at Sapphire Madrid 2011. Received very positive response from line of business managers at the conference. Product concept verified, and entered production phase. Estimated release date is set on July 2012. 

•User Experience and Visual Design of GotReceipts, an easy-to-use reimbursement app specifically catering to staff and students at Stanford University’s d.school. Tackled the issue of a legacy, complicated receipt reimbursement process to make it paperless. Provided user the ability to file an reimbursement at anytime and anywhere on iphone.

•Drove process of usability test with prototypes in different fidelity, and iterated quickly based on frequent user feedback.

•Worked with engineers to prioritize and plan application development to ensure on-time delivery within restrictions.

•Collaborate with a team of over 10 engineers, marketing person and clients throughout the early stage of industrial safety helmets development.  

•Developed and conducted ergonomic evaluations on industrial safety helmets with 22 real users

•Processed experimental data and created design reports in light of new design features which adopted by the next generation helmet design

•Conducted a secondary research on Chinese people’s life styles, aiming to provide stakeholders such as designers and decision makers (especially from headquarters in US) with a unique understanding of the Chinese market outlook by considering cultural genes and historical changes

•Design team obtained insights into emerging trends in Chinese customers’ lifestyle covering a wide range of topics like clothing, food, housing and travelling

•Covered opportunity gaps between emerging trends in China and printers currently on the market.

•Conducted usability test on upcoming HP printer models and improved User interface workflow

•Designed a mobile screen concept printer by leading the 3D modeling and animation, and received positive feedback from HP headquarter.
