Core responsibilities in this position: UX Research, UI Design, Interaction Design, front-end development, and using both generative and evaluative research methods. I played as a CRO specialist also to improve CR/CPL/CPA/CPC metrics with a tight budget within current organic non-commercial traffic.
As a designer, I was responsible for designing and delivering world-class digital experiences across different environments using Design Thinking and a Design Sprints approach. That included creating project briefs, user flow diagrams, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, project planning documentation and milestones, interaction design documentation, design systems/style guides, and micro-interaction design.
As a front-end developer, I helped build data-heavy web applications with complex user interfaces in various roles.
Development of reusable components for React, Next.js, and Laravel;
Writing maintainable and easy-to-understand code;
Collaboration with product managers, product owners, stakeholders, DevOps, SEO specialists, and clients to build, test and deploy high-quality solutions;
Implementation and maintenance of accessibility following WCAG, ADA, Section 504/508, and AODA standards;
I supported projects with different stacks.
Backend: Angular, Codeigniter, Laravel, Slim, Yii2,
CSS Frameworks: Tailwind, Bootstrap
CSS pre-processors: LESS, SCSS, Sass, Stylus or CSS
Javascript frameworks and libraries: ES6.9, Angular 4, Vue 2, React (Next.js), jQuery
Bundlers: Gulp, Webpack, ESBuild
CI: Jenkins, GitLab, or neither
Environment: Local (Xammp, Apache, Express), Vagrant, Docker
Given that I was responsible for writing code and design, I was able to deliver the design solutions right in the code so we could verify our business decision ASAP.

Our team embarked on a challenging venture of integrating various acquired projects. The portfolio was diverse: Codeigniter, Angular, native iOS/Android apps, and an assortment of microsites built on exotic frameworks and CMS.
My objective was twofold:
1) Orchestrate a migration and update of the front-end architecture for our key products - transitioning from a blend of Codeigniter, Slim, WordPress, JavaScript, plain HTML, and Angular to a more contemporary, cohesive stack.
2) Bolstering our SEO efforts, focusing on elevating page metrics and structuring to drive organic traffic growth.
Leading the helm of the migration from Codeigniter to Laravel, I used the Blade templating engine, meticulously ensuring that the transition was seamless and visually non-disruptive to our user base. My approach to refactoring JavaScript was holistic - introducing Sass as a replacement for CSS, anchored on principles of clarity, and maintainability. Leveraging my foundational knowledge in PHP, I minimized the need for backend team intervention by autonomously expanding the API and crafting custom methods to fulfill specific requirements.
The fruits of these extensive efforts were multifold:
We witnessed a dramatic 5-fold reduction in page loading times, a testament to the enhanced efficiency of the new stack.
Perfect scores in page/website speed metrics. All in the green zone.
Feature deployment saw a notable acceleration, thanks to the robustness and versatility of the updated codebase.
Remarkable 220% (370% overall after migrating) year-over-year surge in organic traffic.
Significantly, we also saw a substantial decrease in churn rates, underscoring the heightened stability of our revamped products.
