Previously, was the sole Payroll engineer scaling Rippling's Standard Payroll (EOR) platform from 10 to 80+ countries, growing product revenue from under $5M to over $30M. Led the launch of two new product lines — Standard GP (third-party payroll) and Contractor of Record (COR). Earlier work included building garnishments and generic calculation frameworks in Global Payroll and re-architecting core payroll orchestration flows to address major customer pain points.
