Hired, mentored, and managed a broad scope of design experience
Managed a multidisciplinary design team (both Product & Conversation Designers) focused on Portal video conferencing, Meta Quest2 Virtual Reality (VR) headset & RayBan Stories smart glasses. Hired, mentored and managed a design team that worked on a proprietary Voice Assistant experience. Responsible for overall team performance and health, resource allocation, project prioritization, and building a culture of design excellence. I led and oversaw the user experience of a product from conception to launch in partnership with product managers, engineers, UX researchers and content strategists. My team took broad, conceptual ideas and turned them into something useful and valuable for people using our products. I contributed to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams.
