Along with building custom URL prototypes to ensure usability, I mentored junior designers on my team, and worked as a UX mentor for multiple companies for a number of years. Hiring and managing a team of six contractors and a number of freelancers, delivering business results for clients by designing and building websites, and managing long term SEO contracts to help businesses get found online.
