# Brandon Auerbach, EIT > Co-Founder @ Limitless Athletics NYC | Engineer @ CME Associates | MBA Candidate @ Stevens Institute of Technology Location: Staten Island, New York, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/brandonauerbacheit I am an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) and MBA candidate at Stevens Institute of Technology with a concentration in Project Management (GPA: 4.0). I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the CUNY College of Staten Island with a B.S. in Engineering Science (Mechanical Engineering specialization) and a minor in Mathematics through the Verrazzano Honors Program. Currently, I work as an Engineer at CME Associates, where I design municipal water and wastewater systems, perform pump and piping calculations, and prepare contract documents for complex infrastructure projects. My role also involves on-site fieldwork, reviewing as-built conditions, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Previously, I interned at PSE&G on the Project Origination team, where I gained hands-on experience in the preliminary design and feasibility analysis of high-voltage (4kV–500kV) transmission and distribution systems, including substations and switching projects. I supported the development of project scopes, conceptual designs, cost estimates, and stakeholder coordination, strengthening both my technical and project management skills. In addition to my engineering career, I am the Co-Founder and Financial/Client Manager of Limitless Athletics, LLC, a boutique fitness studio in Staten Island. Within the first year, I scaled the business from 8 to 40 active members and grew monthly revenue from $3,000 to $10,000, transforming the studio into a profitable six-figure business. I manage budgeting, client engagement, operations, and event strategy, leveraging entrepreneurial leadership to drive sustainable growth. I’m passionate about combining engineering, project management, and entrepreneurship to deliver impactful solutions and foster innovation. Fun Fact: When I am not performing work in engineering, I am performing music, as I play lead guitar in two bands that perform all around the New York/New Jersey area! ## Work Experience ### Engineer @ CME Associates Jan 2025 – Present | New Jersey, United States ### Associate Engineer @ CME Associates Jan 2024 – Jan 2025 | Parlin, New Jersey, United States ### Design Engineer @ CME Associates Jan 2023 – Jan 2024 | United States ### Co-Founder, Financial/Client Manager @ Limitless Athletics Jan 2024 – Present | United States ### College Assistant @ City University of New York-College of Staten Island Jan 2021 – Jan 2023 | Staten Island, New York, United States • Open, monitor, and maintain the on-campus and virtual computer laboratories. • Assist students/staff with their technological needs (logging into accounts, HyFlex equipment, etc.). • Provide Technology Overview Sessions to introduce incoming students to the technological environment at the college. ### Tutor @ City University of New York-College of Staten Island Jan 2022 – Jan 2023 | Staten Island, New York, United States • Assist students with STEM related material/coursework, including homework, projects, and concept. ### Seasonal Sales Associate @ Ardene Jan 2022 – Jan 2022 | Staten Island, New York, United States • Assisted with and rang up customer’s purchases. • Prepared/Packaged boxes for transfer and online shipments. • Cleaned and organized stock at front and back of house. ### Project Origination Intern @ PSEG Jan 2022 – Jan 2022 | South Plainfield, New Jersey, United States • Performed/Supported the preliminary design and feasibility analysis of high-voltage (4kV-500kV) capital projects (transmission and distribution network upgrades, substation/switching projects, etc.). • Developed electrical and mechanical drawings for projects using MicroStation. • Produced/Presented conceptual documents/videos (using Blender) for active projects which emphasized their scope, budget, and schedule. • Coordinated with stakeholders and performed project assessments. ### Teacher/Desk Worker @ Castellano's House of Music Jan 2018 – Jan 2022 | Staten Island, New York, United States • Instructed ~20 children and adults a week, many with special needs, about the fundamentals of music/performance and in various musical instruments such as guitar, bass, piano, and drums. • Organized bands based on a variety of student skill sets and prepare them for a performance after several weeks of rehearsals. • Perform instrumental repairs. • Sold, exchanged, and ordered musical products/equipment for customers; negotiated fair prices. • Answered/provided phone calls from/to customers, parents, and students. ### Stage Technician/Audio Engineer @ PRO SHO SOUND SERVICES INC Jan 2016 – Jan 2019 | Staten Island, New York, United States • Traveled to venues within the tri-state area to architect the sound for various events, including weddings, corporate meetings, and fundraisers. • Constructed/deconstructed stages and PA systems. • Understood cable design, model, and name as well as signal and power flow for troubleshooting. • Mixed bands and artists as they performed live, which included understanding frequency ranges. ### Desk Worker @ Intoxx Fitness Jan 2018 – Jan 2018 | Staten Island, New York, United States • Introduced potential members to the gym with a tour and information session. • Devised, organized, updated, and filed membership contracts. • Memorized and fulfilled supplemental orders for protein shakes, foods, and snacks. • Answered phone calls from members. ## Education ### Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General Stevens Institute of Technology ### Bachelor of Science - BS in Mechanical Engineering City University of New York-College of Staten Island ## Contact & Social - LinkedIn: https://linkedin.com/in/brandon-auerbach-eit-030395224 --- Source: https://flows.cv/brandonauerbacheit JSON Resume: https://flows.cv/brandonauerbacheit/resume.json Last updated: 2026-04-13
