I am a Principal UX Designer with over 15 years of experience specializing in the digital transformation of high-stakes, complex enterprise environments. 

Throughout my career, I have thrived at the intersection of systems architecture and human-centered design, building the design engines that allow products to scale without losing soul.

My journey has seen me lead design at both ends of the spectrum: from being the pioneering design hire at Volvo Trucks, where I scaled a team of six and digitized the cockpit experience for global fleets, to my current role at ACS Technologies. Today, I lead a team of designers and interns in architecting global design systems and navigating the shift toward Predictive AI and Agentic workflows for complex financial and donation platforms.

Whether I am standardizing interfaces for data-heavy tools at Unum or establishing technical bridges like Figma-to-React pipelines, my goal is always the same: to reduce cognitive load for expert users and ensure that design has a permanent seat at the strategic table.

increased engineering velocity.
- Directed the design of mission-critical financial interfaces, implementing a rigorous token-based
handoff process to ensure 1:1 parity between design intent and React production components.
