General Responsibilities:
•Plan, prioritize, develop and iterate on A/B and other experimental test designs on marketing pages and within the product leveraging Optimizely.
•Identify and implement appropriate event tracking for experiment and marketing analytics, and work with the team to analyze results.
•Implement winning experiment variations into Quantcast's marketing site, built on Wordpress.
•Maintain Quantcast's Wordpress Plugin, which generates 30% of all self-serve conversions.
•Develop and maintain Quantcast's Chrome Extension, built using React.
•Be the in-house A/B testing and CRO expert: consult engineering teams on experiment design & implementation.
•Work cross functionally to implement and maintain integrations with tools for user feedback, surveys, email, and marketing automation.
•Consult on marketing development needs: produce email templates, new product marketing pages, etc. as required within the lean startup-like organization.
