# Brandon Kerr > SWE @ Meta Location: San Francisco, California, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/brandonkerr Technologies: Javascript, React, Hack/PHP, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Ruby, Rails, Node.js, Express, Python Currently a Software Engineer working on Meta's Feedback & Relationships team, helping to drive employee growth and make performance reviews as effective and painless as possible. Previously worked on Meta's Traffic Infrastructure team helping internal users monitor and update network configurations and traffic. Previously worked as a software engineer on Quantcast's external reporting team, where I focused on delivering business critical metrics to users in an intuitive and easily understood way. I helped spearhead Quantcasts's transition from a purely B2B, managed services business by building out our first suite of self-serve advertising and reporting tools. Before joining engineering I worked as a web developer on Quantcast's Growth Team focusing on conversion rate optimization (CRO) through experimentation using Javascript, Python, Docker, and Optimizely alongside Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and Segment to capture results. I oversaw much of the user tracking, and integrations with 3rd party products used for customer outreach. I also developed and maintained the company marketing website built using WordPress/PHP, our PHP WordPress Plugin, and our Chrome Extension using React. Previously worked at a Chinese social media company managing advertising strategies for Adwords, Twitter, and Facebook as well as general growth strategy for the US and EU markets. I created training materials for new hires covering content management and social media software while creating and optimizing workflows between the marketing, UX, product, and design teams to create a more agile interaction process. I received a BA in anthropology and a BA in religious studies from Western Kentucky University, where I also took upper-level courses in mathematics, biology, and foreign languages. I am currently pursuing an MS in Computer Science at Georgia Tech. In my free time I enjoy hiking, photography, and linguistics. I am eager to connect with those involved in growth engineering and marketing, as well as with startups and technology in general. ## Work Experience ### Software Engineer @ Meta Jan 2020 – Present | Menlo Park Work on the People Performance team; an internal team that builds tools and processes for evaluating and developing employee growth at Meta.
